Outcome
Give IM epinephrine 0.3–0.5 mg (1:1000) into the anterolateral thigh — NOW
Adjuncts: high-flow O₂, IV fluids 1–2 L bolus, H1 (diphenhydramine) + H2 (famotidine) blockers, glucocorticoids, albuterol for bronchospasm. Observe ≥4–6 hours for biphasic reaction.
